Foreign Asset Control Regulations, Etc. Neither the borrowings hereunder nor the use of the proceeds thereof will violate the Trading with the Enemy Act, as amended, or any of the foreign assets control regulations of the United States Treasury Department (31 CFR, Subtitle B, Chapter V, as amended) or the Anti-Terrorism Order or any enabling legislation or executive order relating to any of the same. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries: (1) is or will become a blocked person described in Section 1 of Anti-Terrorism Order, or (2) engages or will engage in any dealings or transactions or be otherwise associated with any such blocked person.
