Common use of Foreground Information Clause in Contracts

Foreground Information. (i) As between the Parties, and except as provided in Section 10.1(b)(iv), Contractor shall have and retain exclusive ownership of Contractor Foreground Information, subject to the rights granted to WildBlue under this Section 10. (ii) As between the Parties, WildBlue shall have and retain exclusive ownership of WildBlue Foreground Information, subject to the rights granted to Contractor under this Section 10.
