FORECLOSURE VALUATION. The foreclosure valuation of the Leasehold Estate comprising the Mortgaged Premises is equal to the sum of the principal of the Mortgage Note the payment thereof secured by the line of the Mortgage hereby constituted, which Mortgage Note is transcribed in paragraph TWENTY FIRST of this Deed.
