Forecasted Applications with Timely Acceptance. If a Premises is included in WSP's forecast at least sixty (60) Days prior to submission of the Wireless Type 2 Collocation Application, and if WSP provides a complete Acceptance within seven (7) Days of receipt of the Qwest Wireless Type 2 Collocation quotation, Qwest shall complete its installation of the Wireless Type 2 Collocation arrangement within forty- five (45) Days of the receipt of the complete Wireless Type 2 Collocation Application.
