Forecasted Applications with Timely Acceptance. If an Application is included in SBCT’s forecast at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to submission of the Application, and if SBCT provides a complete Collocation Acceptance within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the Qwest collocation quotation, Qwest shall complete its installation of the collocation arrangement within ninety (90) calendar days of the receipt of the complete Collocation Application.
