Common use of Forecast Statement Clause in Contracts

Forecast Statement. The Licensee shall, no later than such period after this Licence has come into force as the Commission shall direct, prepare in a form approved by the Commission a statement, in accordance with Section 38 of the Act, to be known and referred to as the “Forecast Statement”.
