Force the Vote Clause Samples
The "Force the Vote" clause allows a party to require that a decision or vote be taken on a specific matter, even if other parties or members are not ready or willing to proceed. In practice, this clause can be invoked during meetings or deliberations to prevent indefinite delays or stalling tactics, ensuring that issues are brought to a formal vote within a set timeframe. Its core function is to promote efficiency and prevent deadlock by guaranteeing that important decisions are not postponed indefinitely.
