Force Termination. In a case, where any disclipnary action is being taken against 1st party upon found him/her guilty then he/she may called for force termination subject to the descision made. 1st party holds the right to go for appeal. In such case, 1st party will not entitle for perks as described in This Agreement.
Force Termination. If either party hereto is unable to perform any of its obligations hereunder by reason of fire or other casualty, strike, act or order of public authority, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of such party, then such party shall be excused from such performance during the pending time of such cause. At such time, compensation would end until a satisfactory resolution to the problem emerges.
