FORCE MAJOR. 4.1. No liability may result from non-compliance with any provision of this Agreement if such non-compliance is due to reasons beyond the control of the non-performing Party, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, fires, wars, strikes, hostilities, interference by the authorities, an embargo (hereinafter referred to as “force majeure”) for a period beginning from the date of the non-performing Party's declaration of force majeure and ending when the force majeure ends or would have ended if the Party had , not performing, took measures that she could actually take to get out of force majeure.
