Force and Validity Sample Clauses
The 'Force and Validity' clause establishes that the agreement is legally binding and enforceable between the parties. It typically clarifies that the contract has been properly executed and that all necessary formalities, such as signatures or approvals, have been met to give the document full legal effect. This clause ensures that both parties recognize the contract as valid and prevents disputes over its enforceability, thereby providing certainty and legal assurance for the agreement’s terms.
Force and Validity. This DPA enters into force when signed by both Parties. The DPA remains in force for as long as (i) the Agreement remains in force, or (ii) the Parties have obligations towards each other based on the Agreement. The obligations, which due to their nature are intended to remain in force regardless of the expiry of this DPA remains in force after the expiry of this DPA. This DPA expires with respect to the Agreement, when the Processing of the Personal Data under the Agreement and this DPA has ended.
Force and Validity. The Agreement shall take effect upon signing by the Disclosing Party and the Contractor and remain valid until expiry of the Services Agreement.
