For Two Part System. After opening of Technical bid, the documents submitted by ▇▇▇▇▇▇(s) in Cover I as enlisted in the Bid Document will be downloaded by the Evaluator and shall be put up to the Tender Committee. The Tender Committee will examine the uploaded documents against information/declarations furnished by the Bidder(s) in Bid Submission Confirmation Sheet. If it confirms to all of the information/ declarations furnished by the Bidder in Bid Submission Confirmation Sheet and does not change the eligibility status of the Bidder then the Bidder will be considered eligible for opening of price bid.
For Two Part System. All the confirmatory documents as prescribed in the Bid Document in Cover-I and “Price-bid” in Cover-II (Both are to be decrypted separately). In case of EMD exemption, one more document in support of the claim of EMD exemption will have to be uploaded by the Bidder at specified folder.
