FOR THE TRANSPORTATION NETWORK. 13.2.1. The CONTRACTOR may, within six (06) months of the INVESTMENT PERIOD of the TRANSPORTATION NETWORK request FITEL the expansion of the AWARDED PROJECT to new district capitals. Such extension shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the amount of FUNDING AWARDED 13.2.2. For the expansion of the TRANSPORTATION NETWORK the maximum period to complete the installation of these expansions will be six (06) months. 13.2.3. The EXPANSION of the AWARDED PROJECT will be formalized through the signing of an addendum to the FINANCING AGREEMENT, for which it will apply the provisions of this clause
