For Section 5 Clause Samples

For Section 5. The length of vacation referred to in Section 5 shall be one (1) week per calendar quarter. Vacation not taken during any calendar year may be carried forward as follows: up to one (1) week may be carried forward into any next calendar year; and up to a maximum of one (1) week may be carried forward cumulatively.

For Section 5. The length of vacation referred to in Section 5 shall be thirty (30) days, which is inclusive of fifteen (15) fixed Company holidays.

For Section 5. The length of vacation referred to in Section 5 shall be twenty (20) days.

For Section 5. The length of vacation referred to in Section 5 shall be three (3) weeks.
