For Pre. Distribution Years of an Affiliated Subsidiary Group, Cabletron shall file, and shall make all determinations with respect to, all consolidated Federal Income Tax Returns required to be filed by it on behalf of the Cabletron Affiliated Group for such year (collectively, the "Pre-Distribution Group Returns").
For Pre hospital (emergency)
6.2.1 The provider will meet the following requirements:
a. Ensure clinical crew meet the requirements in NZS 8156 standard.
b. Provide minimum clinical crew of two paramedics - one ICP and one paramedic (or above) - to 4 Refer to the most recent version published on the Ambulance New Zealand website ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/standards/ meet the KPIs set out in the Letter of Expectation. Both paramedics must have suitable training and experience in clinical and aeromedical practice to manage the patient(s) being transported.
