  • Accrued Salary and Paid Time Off On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary, and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You are entitled to these payments by law.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Starting Salary All bargaining-unit positions will be hired at a starting salary commensurate with their experience. It is expected that those salaries will typically be within 20% of employees within that unit at a similar rank and/or experience level. In exceptional cases, bargaining-unit positions may be hired at a salary above that range contingent on extraordinary experience and extramural funding.

  • HOLIDAY COMPENSATION FOR TIME WORKED 324. Employees required by their respective City representative to work on any of the above- specified or to substitute holidays excepting Fridays observed as holidays in lieu of holidays falling on Saturday, shall be paid for the legal holiday plus extra compensation of one (1) additional day’s pay at time and one-half (1-1/2) the usual rate in the amount of twelve (12) hours’ pay for eight (8) hours worked or a proportionate amount of less than eight (8) hours worked; provided, however, that at an employee’s request and with the approval of the appointing officer, an employee may be granted compensatory time off in lieu of paid overtime.

  • Overtime for Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee.

  • Salary and Wages Except in the case of a Permitted Termination or Furlough, the Recipient shall not, between the date of this Agreement and September 30, 2020, reduce, without the Employee’s consent, (A) the pay rate of any Employee earning a Salary, or (B) the pay rate of any Employee earning Wages.

  • Overtime and Compensatory Time Because of the unique nature of the duties and emergency response obligations of the Division, management reserves the right to assign employees to work overtime as needed.

  • Salary Scales Salary increases made pursuant to this Article shall not be subject to the limits of the general salary scales for employees of the Commonwealth.

  • Base Salary and Benefits (a) During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay to Executive a base salary (the "Base Salary") equal to $145,000 per annum, or such higher rate as the Board may designate from time to time. The Base Salary shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company's general payroll practices and shall be subject to customary withholding. In addition, during the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the Company's employee benefit programs for which senior executive employees of the Company are generally eligible.
