For one. Business Day during each successive 30 Business Day period the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans shall be $0 (a "Clean-Up Day"). The Company shall prepay the outstanding principal amount of the Swingline Loans in whole to the extent required so that a Clean-Up Day may occur in each such 30 Business Day period as provided in this subsection 2.07(d) (which Swingline Loans may not be reborrowed until such Clean-Up Day has ended); provided that the foregoing may be from the proceeds of Revolving Loans hereunder.
