For Non-TIBCO Software Sample Clauses

For Non-TIBCO Software. Upon request and reasonable notice from Client, TIBCO will provide assistance in the installation of non-TIBCO software on a time and materials basis, plus expenses. Non-TIBCO software consists of any software not specifically listed in Exhibit A, Section II, including the following: 1. New releases and updates to hardware vendor operating systems and other system software not listed in Exhibit A; 2. Client-developed software; and 3. Third-party software (except third party software embedded in the Covered Software).
