For Mechanical. Administration and Workshop Employees, a shiftworker is an employee who is regularly rostered to work on Sundays and public holidays in a business in which the worker’s shifts are continuously rostered 24 hours a day for seven days a week and is entitled to accrue five (5) weeks of annual leave per year.
