Common use of FOR LEASING Clause in Contracts

FOR LEASING. a fee equal to % of the first full month’s rent for each new tenant’s lease shall be paid to BROKER, in addition to the management fee provided for in paragraph 5b above, but shall not be payable in connection with renewals.
