For Developer Studio. Vision grants IBM a nonexclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, market, prepare or have prepared Derivative Works of the Developer Studio code, Documentation as may be modified by IBM (including but not limited to any internationalization changes), and any enhancements thereof, and to distribute, transfer and sublicense such code and Documentation in Object Code form only, to customers who have licensed the US English language version of Release 1, the International version of Release 1, or any follow on Releases as agreed to by the parties.
