Common use of For Contractor Clause in Contracts

For Contractor. Title to CONTRACTOR's portion of Crude Oil under clauses 6.1.3 and 6.3.1 as well as to such portion of Crude Oil exported and sold to recover Operating Costs shall pass to CONTRACTOR at the Point of Export, or, in the case of oil delivered to PERTAMINA pursuant to clauses 5.2.15 or otherwise, at the point of delivery°
