ATTACHMENT C STANDARD STATE PROVISIONS FOR CONTRACTS AND GRANTS
Scaling “Scaling,” as used herein, involves:
Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
Workshops During the month of September or October of each year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be held at each University a workshop for Department Chairs at which will be discussed their roles and responsibilities as such. Representatives of the University, at its election, and representatives of the Association, at its election, shall be permitted to participate jointly in such workshop.
ATTACHMENT A Equity Funds This document is an attachment to the Participant Agreement with respect to the procedures to be used by (i) the Distributor and the Transfer Agent in processing an order for the creation of Shares, (ii) the Distributor and the Transfer Agent in processing a request for the redemption of Shares and (iii) the Participant and the Transfer Agent in delivering or arranging for the delivery of requisite cash payments, Portfolio Deposits or Shares, as the case may be, in connection with the submission of orders for creation or requests for redemption. The Participant is first required to have signed the Participant Agreement. Upon acceptance of the Participant Agreement by the Distributor and the Transfer Agent, the Transfer Agent will assign a PIN Number to each Authorized Person authorized to act for the Participant. This will allow the Participant through its Authorized Person(s) to place an order with respect to Shares.
Drivers Any and all drivers who drive the Vehicles you are renting/leasing from us shall be duly licensed, trained and qualified to drive vehicles of this type. Although we may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified drivers with whom we are familiar, we do not supply drivers. You must supply and employ any driver who drives our Vehicles (even if the driver is the registered owner of the vehicle or owner of a company that owns the vehicle) and that driver shall be deemed to be your employee for all purposes and shall be covered as an additional insured on all of your applicable insurance policies.
Baggage and Cargo THE CARRIER shall be liable for loss or damage to cargo or checked baggage if the act causing the damages occurred while the cargo or baggage was on board the aircraft or under the custody of THE CARRIER, its employees, agents or consignees.
Office and Support Staff During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to exclusive personal secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Executive by the Company and its affiliated companies at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as provided generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

The is list of California statutes included herein is intended as a general guide only and is not meant to be considered all-inclusive. It is the tow Operator’s responsibility to know and comply with all federal and state statutes and all local ordinances relating to his/her business operations, including those that are referred to in this document and those that are not; any new statutes or ordinances that are subsequently adopted; and any amendments, repeals, or modifications of existing statutes and ordinances, including but not limited to those described in this attachment.
