  • Interest on Term Loans The outstanding principal amount of each Term Loan made by each Lender shall bear interest at a fluctuating rate per annum that shall at all times be equal to (i) during such periods as such Term Loan is a Base Rate Loan, the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time, and (ii) during such periods as such Term Loan is a Eurodollar Loan, the relevant Adjusted Eurodollar Rate for such Eurodollar Loan for the applicable Interest Period plus the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time.

  • Computation of Interest, Fees, Yield Protection All interest, as well as fees and other charges calculated on a per annum basis, shall be computed for the actual days elapsed, based on a year of 360 days. Each determination by Agent of any interest, fees or interest rate hereunder shall be final, conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error. All fees shall be fully earned when due and shall not be subject to rebate, refund or proration.   • Interest Rates and Letter of Credit Fee Rates Payments and Calculations Interest Rates.   • Interest on Fixed Rate Notes Each Fixed Rate Note bears interest from (and including) the Interest Commencement Date at the rate(s) per annum equal to the Rate(s) of Interest. Interest will be payable in arrear on the Interest Payment Date(s) in each year up to (and including) the Maturity Date.
