For All Other Liabilities Clause Samples

The "For All Other Liabilities" clause sets out the rules or limitations that apply to liabilities not specifically addressed elsewhere in the contract. Typically, this clause acts as a catch-all, covering any damages, losses, or obligations that arise outside of the expressly listed categories, such as intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality. Its core function is to ensure that any unforeseen or residual liabilities are still governed by the contract, thereby providing comprehensive risk allocation and preventing gaps in liability coverage.
