Contractor shall operate in accordance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and rules of Federal, State and local authorities, including but not necessarily restricted to a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan. MPS may inspect Contractor’s facilities and vehicles.
