Food Items. The QCF has the right to limit the MC on the number and type of food items that he/she wish to sell. The QCF encourages the MC to provide a wide range of food options to be sold at the QCF. This is to eliminate duplication of food items. Food Items. Concessionaire shall offer for sale a variety of food items and beverage products, as further defined in the Concessionaire's proposal response.
Food Items. The Applicant/Vendor will be restricted to a limited number of categories of food items as described by the completed application and approval by WBA Festival Chairperson. • All Applicant/Vendors who use cooking oils and/or deep fryers shall be responsible for disposing of waste oils they produce in accord with regulations of the City of Milford. • No Applicant/Vendor will be permitted to exhibit and sell any souvenir items which are registered trademarks or service marks of the Festival. Applicant/Vendors who misrepresent their food items, sell items not approved to be sold by WBA, or who do not comply with rules and regulations of WBA whether written or otherwise will be asked to leave the Festival premises and forfeit the space fee. • In the event a proposed food or beverage item presents a question as to acceptability, WBA reserves the right to final determination as to the acceptability of said item in conjunction with the Milford Health Department (if applicable). • All Vendors must be completely set up one hour before the Festival opening time to the public. The Festival opening time is 10:00 A.M. Vendors arriving late will not be entitled to set up and will forfeit their space fee and deposit.
Food Items. Craft Vendors may sell unopened, packaged items not intended for consumption at the event, however, food items may NOT be sampled or opened without obtaining a Temporary Food Dealer Permit. Such permits and sampling are ONLY available for food items from a licensed commercial kitchen. So called “cottage food industry” products are not able to be permitted, so cannot be served or sampled and must be sold unopened.

  • Excluded Items The following items are excluded from this sale:

  • Prepaid Items Any prepaid items, including, without limitation, fees for licenses which are transferred to the Purchaser at the Closing and annual permit and inspection fees shall be apportioned between the Seller and the Purchaser at the Closing.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Items All bid items are to be NEW and of most current production, unless otherwise specified.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA AND SAMPLES 4.12.1 Shop Drawings are drawings, diagrams, schedules and other, data specially prepared for the Work by the Contractor or any Subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier or distributor to illustrate some portion of the Work.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.
