FOIPPA. The Recipient acknowledges that the Province is bound by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 165 (“FOIPPA”) and that any information provided to the Province in connection with this Agreement is subject to disclosure in accordance with FOIPPA. Each Party must comply with all privacy laws applicable to it.
