FOCUSED LIBRARIES AND TARGETED LIBRARIES EXCLUSIVITY. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Organon's rights to each Focused Library and Targeted Library shall be exclusive (even as to Pharmacopeia) until the date [***] after the date of delivery of a written report from Pharmacopeia to Organon identifying Active Compounds contained within such Library. During such exclusivity period, Pharmacopeia will not provide to any third person or entity any compound contained in such Focused Library or Targeted Library. After such exclusivity period, Pharmacopeia and Organon shall have co-exclusive rights to the applicable Focused Library or Targeted Library, as set forth in Section 5.2 hereof.
