FOB Price Sample Clauses

The FOB Price clause defines the cost of goods based on the Free On Board (FOB) shipping term, indicating that the seller is responsible for delivering the goods to a specified port and loading them onto the vessel. Under this clause, the seller covers all costs and risks up to the point the goods are loaded, after which responsibility transfers to the buyer, who then handles shipping, insurance, and further transport. This clause clarifies the division of costs and risks between buyer and seller, ensuring both parties understand their obligations and reducing disputes over shipping responsibilities.
