FOB Mill Sample Clauses
The FOB Mill clause defines the point at which ownership and risk of goods transfer from the seller to the buyer, specifically at the seller's mill or production facility. Under this arrangement, the seller is responsible for loading the goods onto the buyer's transport at the mill, after which the buyer assumes all costs and risks associated with transportation. This clause is commonly used in contracts for bulk commodities or manufactured goods, ensuring clarity over delivery obligations and minimizing disputes about when and where responsibility shifts between parties.
