The FNTP Date clause defines the specific date on which the contractor is formally authorized to begin work under the contract, known as the "Full Notice to Proceed" date. FNTP Date. (a) Buyer shall deliver to Seller, in writing, full notice to proceed under this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit W (“Full Notice to Proceed”), promptly after Buyer’s Knowledge that all of the following conditions have been either satisfied or waived by Buyer (provided that, as of the date of such notice, such conditions, to the extent satisfied and not waived by Buyer, continue to be satisfied):
