FMXI Sample Clauses
FMXI. FMXI does not conduct any business other than the business of acting as the managing general partner of Foamex and owning its general partnership interest in Foamex. None of Domestic Subsidiaries of Foamex conducts any business other than owning equity interests in other Domestic Subsidiaries or Foreign Subsidiaries and as set forth on Schedule 7.19.
FMXI. FMXI does not conduct any business other than the business of acting as the managing general partner of Borrower and owning its general partnership interest in Borrower. None of the Domestic Subsidiaries of Borrower conducts any business other than owning equity interests in other Domestic Subsidiaries or Foreign Subsidiaries as set forth on Schedule 6.13.
