FLYING PAY. 31.01 An employee required to perform duties with equipment while in flight, such as flight calibration or magnetometer surveys, shall be paid a monthly allowance of 2.5 times the employee’s straight time hourly rate provided that he/she completes fifteen (15) hours in the performance of such duties each quarter. The Company will make every reasonable effort to allocate such duties on an equitable basis among available qualified employees.
