Fluids - Network subscriptions. ● To subscribe in its name and at its expense all the subscriptions of electricity and telecommunication, and more generally of all fluids necessary to the exercise of its activity. ● At the end of the Lease, to terminate any contracts it may have entered into for the rental or maintenance of its specific facilities. ● Pay directly to the services concerned the amounts of the subscriptions, taxes and corresponding consumption, and that of the possible connection. ● Provide the Lessor annually and/or upon request with the consumption statements for the various fluids to which it has subscribed.
