Flow Testing Clause Samples

The Flow Testing clause establishes the procedures and requirements for testing the flow rate or capacity of a system, such as pipelines or wells, to ensure it meets specified performance standards. Typically, this clause outlines the methods, timing, and responsibilities for conducting flow tests, as well as the criteria for evaluating results. By clearly defining how and when flow testing should occur, the clause helps verify system functionality and performance, reducing disputes and ensuring that the delivered infrastructure meets contractual expectations.
