Common use of Flow Down Clause in Contracts

Flow Down. Contractor shall incorporate the provisions, terms, and conditions of the Contract into every Subcontract by inclusion or by reference, as appropriate. When making any post-execution consent requests, Contractor shall include its warrant that it will do the same for the pending Subcontracts covered by the request. Entering into Subcontracts will not relieve Contractor of any of its obligations or duties under the Contract, including, among other things, the duty to supervise and coordinate the work of Subcontractors. Nothing contained in any Subcontract will create or is to be construed as creating any contractual relationship between State and the Subcontractor.
