Flow Down Requirement. The Contractor shall apply the terms and conditions of this Contract, as applicable, to subcontractors, as required by 2 CFR 200.101, and require their strict compliance therewith. Further, the Contractor must apply the award terms as required by 2 CFR 200.327 to all subcontractors, and require their strict compliance therewith.
