Florida Building Code. The School agrees to use facilities that comply with the Florida Building Code, as it pertains to charter schools, or with applicable state minimum building codes pursuant to Chapter 553, Florida Statutes, as each are applicable to charter schools, except for the requirements of the State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF).
Florida Building Code. The School shall use facilities that comply with the 22 Florida Building Code, pursuant to Chapter 553, except for State Requirements 23 for Educational Facilities (SREF).
Florida Building Code. The Florida Building Code applicable to any reference herein shall be the version or edition in effect as of the time of the making of this Agreement, or the version in effect as of the time of permit for references thereto at a time subsequent to issuance of an applicable building permit.
