Floor Plan Financing. Without limiting the generality of Section 6.7.8, Purchaser shall have assumed the existing floor plan debt held by Cycle Capital Corp. pursuant to an assumption in form and substance satisfactory to Seller and its counsel, and shall have delivered such assumption to Escrow Agent.
