Flood Report Sample Clauses

Flood Report. Borrower shall have provided to Lender evidence satisfactory to Lender as to whether (a) each Existing Project, or any portion thereof, is located in an area designated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development as having special flood or mudslide hazards, and (b) the community in which said Existing Project is located is participating in the National Flood Insurance Program.
Flood Report. Evidence whether the Property, or any part thereof, lies within a “special flood hazard areaas designated on maps prepared by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, as amended, and, if so designated, a National Flood Insurance Association standard flood insurance policy, plus insurance from a private insurance carrier if reasonably required by Lender, for the duration of the Loan in the amount of the full insurable value of the completed Improvements, naming Lender as an additional loss payee.

Flood Report. As a condition precedent to including any Lot or Residential Unit under a Guidance Loan or the Construction Line, Agent shall have determined, in its sole and absolute discretion, that (a) the Real Estate, Lot or Residential Unit is located in an area designated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development as not having special flood hazards, or (b) if the Real Estate, Lot or Residential Unit is located in an area designated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development as having special flood or mudslide hazards, the community in which the Real Estate, Lot or Residential Unit is located is participating in the National Flood Insurance Program and Borrower has provided to Agent evidence of satisfactory insurance.
