Common use of Flood Plain Clause in Contracts

Flood Plain. No part of the Real Property contains, is located within, or abuts any flood plain, navigable water or other body of water, tideland, wetland, marshland or any other area which is subject to special state, federal or municipal regulation, control or protection.

Flood Plain. No part of the Real Property contains, is located within, or abuts any flood plain, navigable water or other body of water, tideland, wetland, marshland or any other area which is subject to special similar state, federal or municipal regulation, control or protection.

Flood Plain. No Except as described on Schedule 3.1.16(k), no part of the Owned Real Property contains, is located within, or abuts within any flood plain, navigable water or other body of water, tideland, wetland, marshland or any other area which (to the Company’s knowledge) is subject to special state, federal or municipal regulation, control or protection.
