The Mortgaged Property is not located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, except as disclosed on the Surveys or if located in such area, that status has been disclosed to Administrative Agent and does not unreasonably impair the value of the subject Mortgaged Property.
