Floating Rate/Fixed Rate Notes. If this Note is designated as a “Floating Rate/Fixed Rate Note” on the face hereof, this Note may bear interest at a fixed rate for a specified period and at a floating rate for a specified period, in each case calculated as set forth in (a) and (b) above, as applicable, and in the Pricing Supplement.
