Flex Work Day Sample Clauses

The Flex Work Day clause establishes the terms under which employees can adjust their standard work hours or days to accommodate personal needs or preferences. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting flexible schedules, any limitations on when or how often flex days can be used, and the approval process by management. Its core function is to provide employees with greater work-life balance while ensuring that business operations continue smoothly and expectations are clearly set for both parties.
