Flex Services. 1.1 Flex Services. Flex will provide education, tools, resources, and/or a marketplace for practitioners and facilities. Flex hereby grants to Client the limited, non- exclusive, non-sublicensable right to access and use Flex’s website (available at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) (“Services”). Client agrees that Flex may modify the Services and the Service Descriptions from time to time, provided that such modifications do not materially adversely affect the Services.
