Flagstaff Term Notes. The Flagstaff Term Loan will be evidenced by an Amended and Restated Flagstaff Term Note executed and delivered by Borrowers to Agent and payable to each Lender as follows (collectively, the "Amended and Restated Flagstaff Term Notes"): (a) an Amended and Restated Flagstaff Term Note payable to the order of First National in the principal amount of $6,483,750.00; and (b) an Amended and Restated Flagstaff Term Note payable to the order of Union in the principal amount of $2,161,250.00.
