Fixture Installations Sample Clauses
Fixture Installations. If fixture installation is a part of the Work then the following provision shall apply:
(i) Contractor is responsible for the receipt of all store fixtures.
(ii) Contractor should be in daily contact with Owner during each week of installation throughout the contractual period.
(iii) Owner will supply a receiving log to Contractor for use during the fixture process. All missing and/or short shipped material should also be noted on this document. The receiving log must be faxed to Owner on each Friday for each week of fixture installation.
(iv) Incomplete fixture shipments must be reported to Owner as soon as possible.
(v) Damages, including concealed damages, must be noted on all copies of the ▇▇▇▇ of lading. Owner must be notified immediately of damages.
(vi) Contractor should neither accept, nor sign for, deliveries of merchandise.
(vii) Contractor is responsible for the cleaning of all installed fixtures.
(viii) Contractor must keep the store clean and free of debris. This responsibility includes providing dumpsters (except in the case of remodeling of existing premises, in which case Owner shall provide such dumpsters) and disposing of trash.
(ix) The Work includes Contractor returning to the Site for two (2) days (exact date to be specified by Owner) prior to (a) grand opening, in the case of new construction or relocation of existing premises; or (b) the date on which Owner opens any expansion space to customers, in the case of any expansion of existing premises, in order to complete any portion of the Work not previously performed in accordance with Exhibit B to this Agreement.
