Fixed Price Alternative. In substitution for the ----------------------- Commodity Price, the Parties may mutually agree, through the utilization of the NYMEX natural gas futures or otherwise, to lock in a fixed price for all or part of the MDQ for one or more months. If the Parties agree to such a fixed price, then Buyer will be required to purchase the designated monthly quantities for which the Parties have agreed to a fixed price, notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary in this Agreement.
