FIXED LOADINGS. Subject to Article 6 above, TI shall purchase from Amkor, Amkor shall sell, and Anam shall manufacture, quantities and types of TI Products to the extent such quantities and types are deemed fixed in Forecasts and TI Start Plans issued in accordance with the following provisions of this Article 7.
