Fixed License Fee. The fixed License Fee set forth in Section 5(a) above shall be paid in accordance with the following schedule:

Fixed License Fee. For the grant of the license in respect of the agreement patent rights and the Know-How, Licensee will pay to the Licensor a fixed license fee as a lump sum at the amount of USD $5,500,000.00. This amount is payable 30 days after the order of a TRTM-60 plant by Licensee.
