Fixed-Facility Model. 11.5.5.1.1. Residents will be required to wear a mask. If residents do not have a mask, the Contractor shall provide one. 11.5.5.1.2. When resident arrives onsite, t registration verification information for pre-registered residents, and any additional information necessary to complete the laboratory requisition for their specimen upon arrival to the site. 11.5.5.1.3. Un-registered residents will register onsite with the support of Contractor admin staff. 11.5.5.1.4. Contractor Event Staff shall provide the resident with materials to educate them about the specimen collection process. Upon completion of the laboratory requisition, the resident will proceed into the testing area where they shall 11.5.5.1.5. The Contractor shall collect all specimens according the test appropriate training, certification, and/or licensure. 11.5.5.1.6. Resident will exit the testing area and testing site.
Fixed-Facility Model. The Fixed-Facility Model is defined as a State-provided, indoor facility. This set-up provides a physical building to perform specimen collection. In general, this model requires less time to set-up and break-down (usually set-up and kept overnight) and many times the additional supplies necessary for operations, further defined in Section 13.3.

Related to Fixed-Facility Model

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the ISO OATT.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • System Upgrade Facilities Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • As-Built Drawings Within thirty (30) Days of the successful completion of the Acceptance Test, Seller shall provide for Company review a set of the proposed as‑built drawings for the Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities constructed by Seller (and/or its Contractors). Within thirty (30) Days of Company's receipt of the proposed as‑built drawings, Company shall provide Seller with either (i) its comments on the proposed as‑built drawings or (ii) notice of acceptance of the proposed as‑built drawings as final as‑built drawings. If Company provides comments on the proposed as‑built drawings, Seller shall incorporate such comments into a final set of as‑built drawings and provide such final as‑built drawings to Company within twenty (20) Days of Seller's receipt of Company's comments.

  • Contractor’s Equipment The Contractor shall be responsible for all Contractor’s Equipment. The Contractor’s Equipment shall be deemed to be exclusively intended for the execution of the Works.
